State Horticulture Mission is distributing grow bag units in municipalities. Those who wish to collect a unit comprising 25 grow bags may remit Rs 500 to the Krishi Bhavans at Varkala, Attingal, Nedumangad and Neyyattinkara municipalities before Nov 15. Residents’ associations, citizen forums, voluntary organisations and individuals may apply within the set date. The grow bags are supplied with a 75 pc subsidy rate.
