Rotary Club of Trivandrum Suburban, in association with the Inner Wheel Club of Trivandrum Suburban, is organising a career guidance programme for the tenth standard students at Government Model HSS for Girls, Pattom, on Wednesday. Geetha Pillai, chairman of Inner Wheel District 321, would inaugurate the programme.
Following the inaugural function, various sessions would be handled by experts.
Sreekantan Nair, director, New Generation, would lead the session on ‘engineering communication.’ A ‘medical and paramedical’ session would be handled by Dr Prema G Nair, president of Inner Wheel Club of Trivandrum Suburban. Jayakumar, director, international service’, would speak on ‘engineering-general.’ Mercy John, past president of Inner Wheel Club of Trivandrum Suburban’, will conduct the session on ‘life sciences - special reference to botany.’
The sessions on ‘opportunities in civil service - special reference to IRS’ and ‘law and related opportunities’ would be dealt by A S R Nair, chairman, archives, Rotary Club of Trivandrum Suburban and Advocate Padmini, chairman, special events, Rotary Club of Trivandrum respectively.
