Special trains to Vizag from Kollam

A pair of special weekly trains will be pressed into service between Visakhapatnam and Kollam via Kottayam to clear the extra rush of passengers with immediate effect till October 26. Train no 08570 will leave Kollam at 9.10 p m on all Fridays till October 26 and reach Visakhapatnam at 1.25 pm on Sundays.

Train no 08569 will leave Visakhapatnam at 9 a m on all Thursdays between September 20 and October 25 to reach Kollam at 4 p m on Fridays. The train will have one each of 2AC, 3AC, eight sleeper and four general coaches.  It will have stops at Kayamkulam, Chengannur, Thiruvalla, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Thrissur, Ottappalam, Palakkad, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpetta, Katpady, Tirupathi, Renigunta, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Chirala, Tenali, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Annavaram, Tuni, Annakapalli and Duvvada stations.
