The Kerala State Library Council will organise various cultural rallies across the state from December 10 onwards.
LDF convenor Vaikom Viswan will inaugurate the rally at Neyyattinkara and P Karunakaran MP at Kasaragod.
Council state president P K Harikumar will guide the rallies in the northern region and state secretary A K Chandran will guide the southern rallies.
