THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Panchayat Employees Federation has demanded that the govt delimit panchayats in a scientific way ahead of the elections to local bodies. The federation demanded that the number of wards in a panchayat should be fixed at 20 with a population to be fixed at 750.
