People For Animals Trivandrum chapter conducted awareness programme on street dogs for the students of Government UPS Kulasekharam on Tuesday.
The programme was conducted as a part of its initiative of reaching out to schoolchildren to educate them on the behaviour of street dogs and on how to avoid dog bites.
The initiative was taken in the backdrop of recent reports of people attacking street dogs out of fear. PFA will continue the programmes in other schools in the coming days.
