'Resume Excavation'

Deshiya Kala Samskrithi state committee has called for resuming the  archival excavation at the north nada of the Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple.

Inaugurating the state-level discussion series, historian K Sankarankutty said that remnants of 800-year-old earthen vessels and stone plaques had been recovered from the north nada of the temple while digging a pit.

Samskrithi state general secretary Kazhakoottam Najimudeen presided. NCP state general secretary Varkala Ravikumar, Vijayalayam Jayakumar, Attingal Ramachandran among others spoke.
