Environment Panel's Meet Tomorrow

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As part of evidence collection, the Legislative Assembly Committee on Environment will meet in Palakkad on Tuesday. The meeting to be held in Pattambi grama panchayat hall will collect evidence from officials on petitions on Palakkad district, which are currently under consideration of the committee.

The committee will also receive petitions and suggestions on environment-related issues from the public and representatives of NGOs. Petitions and complaints filed before the committee should have original signature and should be addressed to the chairman, Assembly Committee on Environment, according to an official communication.
