Six-member Gang Taken Back to AP

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The six-member gang with Naxal links nabbed by the City Police last week was taken to Andhra Pradesh, their home state, on Monday morning. A 16-member team of state police and officials of the AP police are escorting the gang. The gang was taken on Sabari Express from the Central Railway Station here.

Personnel of both forces are armed and security will be enhanced once the train enters AP, they said.
