THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A 17-year-old boy was arrested by the Mangalapuram police on Tuesday on charges of sexually exploiting a six-year-old and a four-and-a-half-year-old girl. Both were sisters residing in a colony at Kaniyapuram, learnt to be the neighbour of the accused.
According to police officials, the accused was produced before the Juvenile Court and subjected to correctionalservices in the Juvenile Prison at Poojappura.
