THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: University of Kerala will observe August 8 (second Saturday) as a working day, as a mark of respect to the late former President A P J Abdul Kalam. The University headquarters and all University Departments will function on Saturday, the university said in a statement.
A decision to this effect was taken during the Syndicate meeting on July 30.
