THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:The CPM state committee has expressed its strong protest against the attack on party West Bengal secretary Surya Kanta Mishra. The state committee meet, expressed solidarity with those fighting for democratic rights in West Bengal.
In a statement issued here on Friday, the CPM said the attack had brought out another face of breach of democracy in West Bengal; Surya Kanta Mishra was going to visit the flooded areas in the state when he was attacked by the activists of Trinamool Congress.
