Anti-drug Campaign Held at School

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: An anti- drug campaign day and a seminar on the injurious effects of substance abuse was held at MGM Kauruna Central School, Katluvathukkal under the auspices of the Department of Social Science. Andrews, Excise Range Inspector and anti- drug campaigner, Kotlam inaugurated the seminar. The students displayed placards and posters highlighting the health hazards caused by the use of narcotics.

 The event concluded by a pledge by students to keep drugs at bay. School principal Kanagambigai, teaching faculty Vasudevan Pillai and Saritha were also present.
