THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala State Human Rights Commission (KSHRC) has directed petitioners to ensure that sufficient number of copies of the petition are provided to all the persons listed as respondents.
Commission chairperson Justice J B Koshy said on Monday that the complete address along with the PIN code of both the petitioners and the respondents should be provided.
If the petition was currently under the consideration of the Lok Ayukta, courts or the Police Complaints Authority, the fact should be mentioned in the complaint as such cases would not be taken up by the Commission.
