THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala State Youth Commission has sought an explanation from the College of Engineering (CET) principal and the City Police Commissioner regarding the CET incident. Commission chairman Advocate R V Rajesh said that there were strict regulations for use of vehicles inside the campus. Similarly, the commission sought an explanation from the chief of Fire and Rescue Services, Transport Commissioner and KSRTC MD on the Adoor IHRD incident where students used fire engine, tractor and KSRTC bus for Onam fete.
