Body Found in River

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The body of a 17-year-old youngster who had gone missing in the Vamanapuram river was fished out on Tuesday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Bharath Chandran, son of Chandrababu, a resident of Mithirmala, Valiyakadu. The Venjaramoodu police have registered a case.  According to the police, the incident had occurred on Monday evening. Bharath had left home telling his parents that he was going to meet a friend.
