THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: State Police Chief T P Senkumar on Tuesday said that the traffic personnel who often got exhausted in the scorching heat and sunstroke while on duty would be given proper and regular drinks to get rid of their dehydration.
He directed his fellow officers to spend the money from the Police Welfare Fund for the same.
The state police chief also said that the personnel should get hydration at least four times a day owing to the rising heat.
