THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Ayurveda doctors in the state on Wednesday released a 27-point demand, including stringent action against quacks.

The doctors, under the banner of Ayurveda Medical Association of India (AMAI), urged the government to introduce a mechanism to incorporate ayurveda in the Ardram Mission, implementing co-location of projects, regulating the advertisements of medicines and filling of posts.

Inaugurating the proclamation of demands, Deputy Speaker V Sasi said the government will consider making ayurveda treatment patient-friendly through the Aardram Mission.
