THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The city police found 634 people in violation of traffic rules as part of the ‘Zero Hour’ programme initiated for better traffic management. The drive began on Tuesday and a total of 270 traffic offenders have participated in the awareness classes so far. The city police said legal action has been taken against persons who have failed to attend classes.
