A National conference was organised by the Department of Management Studies, Easwari Engineering College. The Main theme of the conference was Management Research in Changing Climate. The Chief Guest of the function was D Mohanraj, General Manager — HR, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles. The Principal of the college M Sekar presided over the function. R Banureka, Assistant Professor of Management Studies welcomed the gathering. A brief overview about the theme of the conference was given by Mu Subrahmanian, HoD, Management Studies. Felicitation address was given by the K Kathiravan, Dean. Nearly 120 research papers were received from different parts of the country and around 50 delegates from various colleges attended the conference. The meeting came to an end with vote of thanks given by S Chandrasekaran, Assistant Professor of Management Studies.
