But newbie author Balaji Raghavan stresses that his life and career experiences put together will help people get through their problems as “I have been there and seen it all.” The Canada-based author’s, Awakening the Genie from Within — Discover and Develop the Hidden Potential in You, is published by Authorhouse, a US publishing company. The author is a corporate training professional, motivational speaker and personal effectiveness coach. He has an MBA in Marketing and a Diploma in Training and Development and runs his own training and consulting firm named Tap Ideas, based in Toronto, Canada. He has a rich experience in sales, customer service, training and coaching from varied industries and has worked for major corporations like Tata Global Beverages, Unilever and Oriflame. He is also a certified facilitator, performance consultant and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. “My goal is to inspire people to be their best,” he says, modestly.
