Call her Ms Jackson if you are her tenant. Janet Jackson is renting out her grand NYC pad for a low cost of just $35,000 a month. The pop diva has owned the 2,093-square-foot, three-bedroom spread since 1998, but according to reports, has never bothered to work on the interiors. This does not go with Jackson’s personality knowing she has unique and spirited décor choices. The apartment is located in a Donald Trump-owned high rise overlooking a park.

Last month, Kevin Jonas offered his home for rent, during the Super Bowl weekend, for a whopping $20,000 a night. He will be donating a portion of the proceeds to charity. The stately mansion in Denville, New Jersey is a short drive to MetLife Stadium where the Super Bowl was played. The 26-year-old former Jonas Brothers singer and his wife Danielle recently moved out of the home to a bigger place, as they are expecting their first child together.
Cost cutting
We think actress Lindsay Lohan is done with the digs. She always had her house on rent which initially was available for $8000 a month. The current asking price for the pad is $10,450 a month. The sprawling apartment, which is situated on one of Soho’s most popular streets, has an elegant look with plain walls and simple furniture. Meanwhile, a source close to the star has confirmed that the 27-year-old actress is living it up in NYC, courtesy of Oprah Winfrey while she films a documentary for the TV legend’s OWN network.
Black house
Orlando Bloom got himself a house in the Outpost Estates-back in 2007, and successfully attracted attention by painting the four-bedroom, four-bathroom house black. Let us not forget the 2009 Bling Ring incident where a group of local kids burgled his house for fun, taking away Rolex watches, LV bags and art pieces. Now the actor has given out the house for $16,500 per month. According to website Trulia Luxe Living, the house comes with three-quarters of an acre of land, a pool, spa, and ‘swim machine’ (we don’t know what that is).
Gold conscious
Latin pop icon Gloria Estefan is not just renting out her guest house on Star Island in Miami but her main house is also reportedly on the market and is listed for $75,000 a month. Her house is a seven-bedroom, 9,854-square-foot med-style home that boasts stone floors and vaulted ceilings, along with a whole slew of outdoor amenities, including a private dock, 330 feet of waterfront, and a huge pool. That said, the house is said to have some gaudy gold chandeliers. If you are looking for glitz and glamour then this Miami pad is perfect.
