Romance and Fights Bores Me, Says Actor

HYDERABAD: "Yes, I took up Sardaar Gabbar Singh because I was in need of money," revealed Superstar Pawan Kalyan in an interview to a Telugu news channel on Sunday.

In an interview to a vernacular TV channel, he said the success or failure of his films did not matter to him. He said he was conscious about his limitations and did not want to have unrealistic expectations. He recalled how he had wanted to become an SFX technician and wanted to go to the US to do the same but circumstances forced him to become an actor.  "I wanted to quit movies after Khushi. I go through hell every time because people expect too much from me," he added.

The actor who said he seeks creative solace watching Telugu and Hindi classics also spoke about how he becomes a wreck every time he has to stick to the formula of romance, fights and songs.
