
MUMBAI: Singer Sneha Pant is a talented individual whose journey to reaching the musical realms of Bollywood has fascinated countless.
Hailing from Delhi, Sneha always dreamt of becoming a playback singer. Getting into several competitions and winning them marked the beginning of her career. Skills have to be enhanced with proper training, which made Sneha a student of a competent practitioner of Indian Classical Music - Guruma Shikha Ganguly.
The biggest juncture in her life was when Sneha was asked by the notable duo Kalyanji – Anandji to come to Mumbai. The duo saw the light in her and made her a part of their prestigious group “Little Wonders”. She was the lead singer for more than 500 shows. After this, Sneha's career paced at a tremendous speed.
It was in 1998 when Sneha enthralled the stage of Childrens’ Special Sa Re Ga Ma and came out as the winner of Mega Finals. She made her way straight to Bollywood and attained her goal of becoming a playback singer. Sneha is worth her salt and a few of the chartbuster songs are the quintessence of her blissful singing.
She has sung more than 500 songs in Bollywood. Some of her popular chartbusters are Soni De Nakhre’ (Partner ), ‘Kyun aage Peeche’ (Golmaal), ‘On the Roof’ & ‘Saiyanji’ (Masti), ‘Thoda Sone Ka Rang’ & ‘Tu Jogiya’ (Ek aur Ek Gyarah), ‘Aye Dil Dil ki Duniya mein’, Suhani Sham (Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge), and many more. Sneha was also known as remix queen for her songs “Kabhi Aar Kabhi Paar”, “Saiyan Dil Mein Aana Re '', “Hothon Pe Aisi Baat”, etc.
She has also co-anchored the television show “Waar Parivar” with Urmila Matondkar and Jatin, and also “Aao Jhoomein Gaayen” with Annu Kapoor. Sneha has shared the stage with singers like Sonu Nigam, Shankar Mahadevan, Sukhwinder Singh, Anu Malik, Harry Anand, Abu Malik, etc.
