LONDON: Game of Thrones’ star Kit Harrington was recently spotted with other cast-members in Spain where they were filming brand new scenes for the eagerly-anticipated seventh season.

A number of the show’s principal cast, including the 29-year-old actor, Peter Dinklage, Nathalie Emmanuel and Liam Cunningham, were seen on-location at Zumaia beach in Basque Country, Spain, reports the Mirror.

Dressed in their typical character gear, the men sure looked ready for battle in the set which sees Jon Snow meet with Tyrion Lannister.

They were joined by the show’s award-winning director, including a collection of burly men who were pulling a boat in from the choppy waters.

The sighting comes shortly after it was announced that Jim Broadbent has joined the cast of the HBO drama adapted from George R.R. Martin’s ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’ novels.

The seventh and penultimate season of ‘Game of Thrones’, which will consist of only seven episodes, will premiere mid-2017.
