The Heroes

This is the third movie in the Avengers series and a continuation of Captain America: Civil War, where the team split up. The new trailer cleverly shows who regroups with whom. While Captain America's team, consisting of Black widow and Black Panther amongst others, unites at Wakanda (a fictional nation in the Marvel Universe), Ironman joins forces with Dr. Strange and his team in New York. A third team is set in outer space where Thor meets the Guardians of the Galaxy.
The Villain

If you blinked, you might have missed a new character that was not shown in Marvel movies before. In one scene, she is seen throwing a spear at Captain America. She is none other than Proxima Midnight. Proxima is said to be a member of supervillain Thanos' 'Black Order'.
Who will die?

Thanos is looking for what are known as 'the infinity stones' and it is known that the 'Vision' has got the 'mind stone' on his forehead. The trailer shows a scene where Thanos takes the stone away from him. Another superhero who is in trouble is Dr. strange who is seen wearing the 'time stone' on his chest.
Spiderman and his spider-sense

Spiderman is definitely a beloved character from Marvel and it is exciting to see his spider-sense in the trailer. He also seems to have changed into a new suit. The suit is assumed to have been gifted to him by Ironman at the end of the movie 'Spider-Man: Homecoming'.
Loki working with Thanos?

At the end of 'Thor: Ragnarok', Thor's cunning brother Loki is seen eyeing the Tesseract (a vessel containing the 'space stone') in Thor's kingdom, Asgard. The Infinity War trailer shows that Loki has the Tesseract and is handing it to someone, possibly Thanos himself.
