Bhojpuri star Ravi Kishan is on cloud nine these days as the actor has a lot of movies lined up for this year including Chalis Chaurasia and Agent Vinod. In an exclusive interview with City Express, Ravi Kishan talks about his upcoming film, experience with the legendary Naseerudin Shah, upcoming projects and the Big boss euphoria.

Ravi Kishan plays the role of a cop in Chalis Chaurasia directed by Hridahy Shetty of the Pyaar Mein Twist and Plan fame. He explains, “Working with Naseerudin Shah was a unique learning experience. The charisma that he carries is commendable. In fact, he can still give any young actor, a run for his or her money.”

He further added, “Naseer saab never made us feel like we were working with a legend rather we could barge into his room anytime and have a long chat with him.” However, he did admit that he missed working with a female lead in this film. He said, “This is the first time that he worked  in an all male movie. A female lead always adds to the glam quotient of the film.

But for all of us, the van in the movie was our heroine.” Jeena hai to thok dal, Tanu Weds Manu part 2, Zila Gaziabaad, Ghayal Return, Isak and Dangerous Ishq are some of his upcoming films. Being a participant of the Big Boss House in the year 2006, he is very well aware of the pressure to excel. However, he criticised the participants of season 5 and said, “What the participants have done in the show is extremely shameful. All of them were desperate for TRP’s and this was quite evident from their actions.”
