Varun Dhawan

Varun Dhawan is getting loads of praise for his look and character in the trailer of his film "Badlapur." Many have been saying though that Varun's look and character feels inspired from Shahid Kapoor in "Haider."

The actor said that his look is not inspired from anywhere. "Vikram dada who is a national award winning artist has constructed by look. Shahid's character was from Kashmir, I am from Mumbai in the film. I start off as an ad executive. Then as he grows older he sports this (bearded) look. If there is a reference for my look it would be my brother. He is a little older than me and he keeps that thick beard. The reference would be that when I age I might look like him."

Varun has taken a break from romantic comedies to act in this revenge thriller with director Sriram Raghavan, and he looks promising.
