Even as NTR Jr gears up for the release of his upcoming entertainer Nannaku Prematho, there’s already a buzz being generated for his future project with director Koratala Siva. Tentatively titled Janata Garage, the film stars Samantha as its female lead and as per the latest update, Nithya Menen has been roped in to play the second lead in the film. With solid performances in 2015 -- in Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju, Son of Satyamurthy, OK Bangaram and Rudhramadevi -- Nithya has emerged as one of the most bankable actresses in the Telugu film industry and has now caught the eye of Koratala Siva.
“The search for the second lead was on for quite some time and the director felt Nithya is the perfect fit for the role, as it requires someone innocent, yet strong,” said a source.
