Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali ala Alauddin Khilji has set his eyes on queen Padmavati. Of course, the director’s intentions are to portray the latter’s life on screen, a role which will be essayed by Deepika Padukone. Prakash Kapadia who scripted Bhansali’s earlier Bajirao Mastani has been roped in. Teaming up with Deepika and Bhansali is Ranveer Singh in the trio’s third collaboration.
