NEW DELHI: Actress Katrina Kaif, who recently turned down Tarun Mansukhani’s project opposite Sushant Singh Rajput, might team up with Karan Johar for his next project.

Katrina 32, and Karan, 44, were recently seen partying together, leading to speculations that the two might team up for a film soon.

DNA quoted a source, as saying, “Of late, Karan and Katrina have been seen bonding more often than usual. The actress who rarely parties has been a frequent visitor to KJo’s impromptu get-togethers. Karan was keen to cast her in Tarun’s film, but when the director gave Kat a narration, she turned down the role as the film centres around Sushant.”

The insider added, “Katrina and KJo are in talks for another project. It will be directed by another Dharma director and the role is a good one. She has heard the story and liked it a lot and that is the first film she will sign post her break-up from Ranbir Kapoor in January this year.”

Katrina would also be seen in Anurag Basu’s directorial ‘Jagga Jasoos’ alongside former boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor.
