HYDERABAD: The first thing I have in the morning: A glass of almond milk smoothie with chia seeds, whey protein, banana and a date.

An omelette with three eggs, fresh fruit juice and an apple or some papaya.

A bowl of dal, a sabzi and ragi or bajra ki roti.

Sprouts with curds and egg whites.

Salad and a soup.
My fitness regimen:
To keep fit, I exercise and run. I go to the gym thrice a week and work on different body parts. I also run twice a week, ideally on the beach.

Jalebi, tiramisu and red velvet cake.

Farzi Cafe, Pali Village Cafe.

I can make great omelettes.

My mother. She makes amazing aubergine in peanut gravy.

My idea of a romantic meal: I am not a sucker for the traditional notion of romance with a candlelit dinner.
I would like enough light to see my date and my meal clearly. But yes, a restaurant or a lounge with a good vibe is essential.
Great music is a plus. But nothing makes a meal more romantic than some delicious food, preferably Italian with some good Vino.
