HYDERABAD: The first thing I have in the morning: A glass of almond milk smoothie with chia seeds, whey protein, banana and a date.

My dietary preference:

I am a vegetarian who also veers towards vegan and gluten free meals.

My favourite cuisine:

I love Indian and Thai food

My breakfast:

I am.jpgAn omelette with three eggs, fresh fruit juice and an apple or some papaya.

My lunch comprises:

A bowl of dal, a sabzi  and ragi or bajra ki roti.

In the evening I like to snack on:

Sprouts with curds and egg whites.

For dinner I have:

Salad and a soup.

My fitness regimen:

To keep fit, I exercise and run. I go to the gym thrice a week and work on different body parts. I also run twice a week, ideally on the beach.

My favourite desserts:

Jalebi, tiramisu and red velvet cake.

My favourite restaurants:

Farzi Cafe, Pali Village Cafe.

My culinary abilities:

I can make great omelettes.

My favorite cook:

My mother. She makes amazing aubergine in peanut gravy.

My favourite food as a child:

Dal Baati.

My idea of a romantic meal: I am not a sucker for the traditional notion of romance with a candlelit dinner.

I would like enough light to see my date and my meal clearly. But yes, a restaurant or a lounge with a good vibe is essential.

Great music is a plus. But nothing makes a meal more romantic than some delicious food, preferably Italian with some good Vino.

The food item I resemble: A Tiramisu - different flavours with different layers.

My favourite fruit: Mango.

My favourite spice: Amchoor.

My favourite drink : Lassi.

My favourite kitchen appliance: I love the Tandoor. You can use it for multiple things.

My favourite dish: Rajma chawal and Khau Suey.
