Much has been made about Varun Dhawan’s camaraderie with his Student Of The Year co-star Sidharth Malhotra on one hand, and on the other hand about Arjun Kapoor’s friendship with his Gunday buddie, Ranveer Singh. But nowadays one is hearing a lot about the budding friendship between Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor.

Varun is unabashed in his positive appraisal of his close competitor. The Dishoom actor has made an appearance on ‘Style Inc. With Aalim Hakim,’ the show Arjun is hosting and Varun marvels, “I think Arjun was born to host. The way he talks in pure Hindi it appears that he has command. I genuinely feel that he has an amazing voice.”

The twosome has made a lot of buddy-buddy appearances of late. Varun reveals, “We are doing the new season of Koffee with Karan together. Recently, we did Aalim Bhai’s show and we also appeared together on Yaaron Ki Baraat.”

It seems a film together seems next on the cards. Varun smiles, “But we are not getting an opportunity to do a film together; we are just doing promotions together. Honestly there are many ideas that Arjun and I want to do together but no one is listening to our ideas ... hopefully some filmmaker will listen to them soon.”
