Actress Nisha Shetty is yet to get the taste of success since her breakthrough into tinsel town with the film, Puneeth, three years ago. But she is taking her own time as is not in a hurry to prove herself. The actress, who has now changed her name to Haardika Shetty, will be seen in the movie Galate.

Talking about the film, she said, "It is an out-and-out comedy entertainer and I have been given a total glam look. I am quite excited and curious as this film is directed by MD Sridhar. The film has Prajwal Devaraj in the lead."

The film has been in the making for almost a year and three months and finally sees its release soon. "I had given 20 days of schedule, which was spread over months, as both the director and actor were busy with other films. It doesn't matter now as the most important thing is the acceptance by the audience. Though this film has been delayed, I am confident that it will give me recognition as I have shared screen space with actors like Prajwal Devaraj, Krithi Karbhanda and worked under director Sridhar. I am confident that my patience will definitely pay off," she reiterated.

Over the years, she has undoubtedly been trying to grow as an actor with offers pouring in from Tamil industry too. "I am having a good start with Galate being the first film to be released this year. Presently I have signed a film with Prajwal titled Angaraka while I am currently busy with another film titled Bangalore Metro. Apart from this, I am also shooting for a Tamil film All opposite Vidhart of Myna fame," revealed Haardika, who has completed the first schedule of the film.

"All is a remake of Hindi film, Aamir. While the film is more hero centric in Hindi, the tamil remake has added more scope for sentiments and love to match the nativity. In a way it is doing good for me," she said.

In an attempt to focus on her achievements, she has decided not to go on a signing spree.

"Like every other heroine, I did experiment with different kind of roles. At the same time, I also realised that somewhere I need to add some substance to my characters. This year I would like to focus on how I can garner attention while I concentrate to get better in each film," she concluded.
