Puneeth Rajkumar- and Rachita Ram-starrer Chakravyuha, which went to the censor board on Monday, was given a U/A certificate with no cuts. So it will hit theatres this Friday.

The film, directed by Sarvanan, will see a world-wide release, and be screened at 300 theatres across Karnataka.

Chakravyuha is enough excuse for Puneeth fans to throng the cinema halls, for the star's last film was Ranavikrama, released a year ago.

The film marks the entry of a new producer, N K Lohith, into Kannada cinema.

Arun Vijay, Sadhu Kokila, Bhavya, Abhimanyu Singh and Rangayana Raghu are others who are part of the star cast. Thaman has scored the music and Shanmuga Sundaram is the cinematographer for Chakravyuha.
