Kamal Haasan starrer, Tamil comedy, Uttama Villain has completed its shooting phase.Much to the delight of the veteran actor’s fans, the movie trailer was released on Tuesday. The trailer created a lot of buzz over social media and was viewed more than 392,270 views as of going to print.
The story, screenplay and dialogues of the film were penned by the super star himself. The trailer is an intriguing visual treat. The story of the film revolves around an ageing superstar, played by Kamal Haasan who will be seen in a dual role set in two different eras – an 8th century drama actor (Uttaman), as well as a 21st century film star (Manoranjan). Late Director Balanchander will be playing the his part, as a real-life mentoe on screen. He will be seen guiding Manoranjan to achieve the superstar status.
Uttama Villain also features Jayaram, Andrea Jeremiah and Pooja Kumar in important roles.
