Vishakha Singh, indulged in a bit of adventure while shooting for a song in Kannan’s film Oorr. The shooting was at Dhanushkodi, which is the Southernmost tip — about 29 kilometres from Sri Lanka. Priya Anand and Vishaka took three dips in the water there after they heard from the local people that it is considered to be sacred. The water body, which is the confluence of Bay of Bengala and Indian Ocean, is said to wash away the sins. Vishaka, who hit the waters for no superstitious reason, described the waters as having strong currents and the sand akin to quick sands.
