From Ambedkar to Ramanujan, biopics are gaining a lot of popularity. A biopic on Congress veteran Kamaraj was made in 2004 by Balakrishnan. Now that version is being revamped to include longer running time and newer characters, such as the one being played by actor-director Samuthirakani.
