Aagam, produced by Koteswara Raju (An NRI from London) of Jyostar Enterprises will pay rich tributes to the departed Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, says filmmaker V Vijay Anand Sriram. Aagam directed by Sriram is a well-defined film on today’s educational system, career and job scenario. ‘There are a few multi-million dollar scams in HRD market that are rocking the country currently, and they all originate from the problem of finding a job. Everybody wants to settle down especially abroad.
The term ‘settling down’ in my opinion is the most abused term, as far as our society is concerned. In today’s economic and social situation, job security is a matter of concern. Aagam is a script webbed around these factors and a possible proven solution will be the climax. Who better than Dr Kalam would be the brand ambassador for this progressive idea? We recorded a song on him and we were about to seek his audience for the same.
But fate decided otherwise and here we stand at a loss of words as the rest of the nation does. We have decided to go ahead with the song and we will pay homage to the departed leader with a special song on him, which I am sure, will a tribute to the man whom we loved and adored,” said a moist-eyed Sriram.
