As reported earlier, the audio launch of the much-awaited Shankar-Rajini film 2.0 will be held in Dubai on October 27.
The grand event will feature a live performance by the film’s composer, AR Rahman. Sources say that, in addition to Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar, several other international artistes also will be present on the occasion.
Rumour has it that the makers have spent almost `12 crore on the audio launch event, which will be the first-of its kind. About 12,000 people are expected to turn up for it.
Made at a whopping budget of `400 crore, 2.0 has cinematography by Nirav Shah. Interestingly, Rahman also performed at the audio launch of Vijay’s Mersal recently. 2.0 will hit the screens worldwide on January 25.
