Actor Ram Charan Tej, who is currently working on Srinu Vaitla’s untitled project, revealed that the film is progressing at a fast pace and expressed delight at how it is shaping. Charan, who was previously seen in 2014 romantic film Govindudu Andarivadele, will be romancing Rakul Preet Singh in the forthcoming film.
“Hello. Done with 2 songs, interval fight & few scenes already. I love the energy of our new team. I’m glad I’m doing this film. Thank you Srinu Garu,” Charan tweeted on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, actor Amitash Pradhan will be making his Telugu debut in the film. “Although he played a negative in his Tamil debut, Amitash will be essaying a positive character in his Telugu film. He will join the sets on June 18,” said a source from the film’s unit. Amitash was last seen in actor Dhanush’s Tamil film Vella Illa Pattathari (VIP).
“Director Srinu Vaitla saw the dubbed version of VIP, and decided to cast Amitash. He felt his fresh look will appeal to Telugu audiences,” he said.
