After an exhausting summer, actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu says that her upcoming film A..Aa will be provide the fitting finish for her, both personally and professionally.

“It’s a special film for me. The story is told from the my character’s viewpoint and I shoulder a lot of responsibility in this film — I’m not just an eye-candy. I have tried comedy for the first time and working with Trivikram, I’ve reinvented myself with this character and attempted something new. Also, it’s my last release this summer so I’m praying that it will be the cherry on the cake,” Samantha expressed.

Reeling under the disappointment of Brahmotsavam, the actress said she takes both success and failure in her stride. “I won’t lie. Hits makes me happy and flops disappoint me. At the end of the day, it’s all in the audience’s hands,” she said.

Even as Tollywood ladies have started dubbing for themselves, Samantha said she couldn’t quite do it for her role in A..Aa. “If I had dubbed for it, the film would probably have released next June,” she quipped, with a smile.

“It’s a film which is narrated from the girl’s point of view so there were a lot of dialogues involved and I don’t think I would’ve been able to handle it,” she added.

After four releases this Summer, up next for Samantha is Janatha Garage with NTR Jr and a yet-untitled bilingual, which is the remake of Kannada flick U-Turn.
