Allu arjun to do Puneeth's Doddmane hudga role?

The latest buzz is that Suri’s upcoming directorial Doddmane Hudga has created a huge hype in Tollywood before its release and plans are on to remake it in Telugu.

The Puneeth Rajkumar and Ambareesh-starrer Doddmane Hudga has been creating a huge pre-release buzz. The film directed by Suri and produced by M Govindu features Radhika Pandit in the female lead.

Doddmane Hudga was released from the censors with a U/A certificate, without cuts, on Thursday.

Allua.jpgWith crowds ready to rush to the theatres next weekend, the buzz has reached the Telugu market and top producers from Tollywood are enquiring about the remake rights. They are waiting for the release, so that they can decide on it.

Though there is no official confirmation in this regard, it is been said that directors are keen to helm the project with Allu Arjun in the lead and want to approach Chiranjeevi to reprise Ambareesh’s role in the Telugu version. 

This is the first family drama from Suri and he has brought an ensemble cast with actors such as Bharathi Vishnuvardhan, Sumalatha, Ravi Shankar, Avinash, Krishna and Chikkanna. Doddmane Hudga has V Harikrishna scoring the music with Sathya Hegde as its cinematographer.
