Curry Stops Being a Favourite, RAnked as Top Hated Food in UK

A research, aimed to reveal Britain’s ‘food heaven and hell’, found that curry, which was named fifth on the list of food heaven, ranked fourth on the list of food hell. According to the survey commissioned by BBC Good Food, the most hated foods were liver, fish, brussels sprouts, curry and mushrooms while chicken, pasta, cheese, pizza and curry were listed as the top five loved foods.

The survey also revealed that when the people were feeling down, their go-to food is chicken soup, beating the bacon sandwich, a slice of toast, and hot chocolate. However, 19 per cent of men said they would choose a bacon sandwich over anything if they’re feeling down. Eight-eight per cent of Britons admitted to snacking between meals, with 23 per cent of women preferring fruit while 17 per cent of men grab a packet of crisps. The survey also found that 31 per cent of us skip breakfast frequently, 19 per cent skip lunch, and 14 per cent skip dinner, reported an international daily.
