Ingredients

●  Kerala rice (red rice): 2 cups
     (boiled and drained)
●  Gram lentil: 1/3 cup
     (boiled and drained)
●  Parsley: 2 tbsp
●  Diced pineapple: 1/3 cup
●  Parboiled broccoli chopped: 1 cup

DRESSING
●  Red chilli flakes: 1 tbsp
●  Lemon juice: 3 tbsp
●  Mustard powder: 1 tsp
●  Brown sugar/honey: 1 tbsp
●  Salt to taste

Method
●  Mix all the dressing  ingredients
     in a bowl and set aside
●  Mix all other ingredients in a
     serving dish
●  Drizzle the dressing and mix well
●  Garnish with parsley and serve
