Chocolate Moose

Chocolate Moose

  •  70 percent dark chocolate: 200 gm
  •  Butter: 1/2 tbs
  •  Egg whites: 2
  •  Pinch of salt
  •  Cream: 300 ml
  •  Sugar: 1/4 cup
  •  Vanilla essence: 1 tbs
  •  Egg yolks: 2


  •  Melt the chocolate in a double boiler while adding butter and salt
  •  Remove from heat and let it cool. Add egg whites.
  •  In a separate pan add cream, sugar and vanilla essence and whip it well. Whisk egg yolks.
  •  Mix in the chocolate mix and refrigerate for two hours
  •  Dust chocolate powder on top and serve
