- 70 percent dark chocolate: 200 gm
- Butter: 1/2 tbs
- Egg whites: 2
- Pinch of salt
- Cream: 300 ml
- Sugar: 1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence: 1 tbs
- Egg yolks: 2
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler while adding butter and salt
- Remove from heat and let it cool. Add egg whites.
- In a separate pan add cream, sugar and vanilla essence and whip it well. Whisk egg yolks.
- Mix in the chocolate mix and refrigerate for two hours
- Dust chocolate powder on top and serve
