Empowering Your Thought Process

Empowering Your Thought Process

Whatever people aspire for in their life—I want to do this business or I want to build this house or whatever —a thought arises, ‘I want this’. ‘I want this’ is essentially a thought. Once this comes, they may not know how to infuse or empower that thought with a certain dimension of energy. They know how to focus their energy on something through action and they start working towards this. If their action is incisive enough, their thought becomes a reality. That is the normal way people are functioning everywhere in the world.

If you have some mobility in your energy beyond the physical body, if this mobility becomes a conscious process, you can sit in one place, and make your energies go somewhere else. The problem is, suppose you do not have sufficient mastery over your own life energies then you may not know how to pull the energies back into you. You will lose your life like this. You will see, if somebody’s desire is beyond a certain pitch, such people always die young. Most people’s desires are fickle. But if there is somebody who is desiring very powerfully something, and especially if that something happens, they die young because they know how to throw their life energies out, but do not have enough mastery to do the work and come back.

Let us look at the process of generating a thought. Is your thought conscious or is it just an outcome of a million things that have already gotten into you? When your thought process is unconscious, most of the time it is like a mental diarrhea. There is no control over it. It is simply a rambling that is going on because there is old stuff inside. The more bad food you have in your stomach, the more it goes on. This is just like that. When you have mental diarrhea you cannot call it a thought.

If you want to write on a black board, you first wipe it clean, then you can write clearly. If a million things have already been written on it, if you write something else on that, nobody can figure out what you have written and after sometime neither can you. So you first clear the space and then generate a thought consciously. If people have cleared their space and then they have a thought, this thought really matters because this has come out of a conscious process. Whatever comes out of it matters. Once this thought is on like this and it is held in that clarity, infusing the energy to it can be done. But first you clean the slate and then write what you want to write.

If you clear up the space and generate the thought, thought itself is a reverberation and an energy. You cannot generate a thought without energy. It is just that because it is happening in such a haphazard way, maybe it does not have the necessary energy to manifest itself. There is a whole science of occult where just with a thought you can even kill a man, if you want. That much energy you can generate with your thought process. An angry mind and also a lustful mind are very single-pointed minds. When your mind is single-pointed, it is a powerful instrument. Most of the time this single-pointedness happens to people in a negative way, not in a positive way. That is why in this culture always children are being warned, ‘When you are angry, you do not say anything negative about somebody.’ It can very easily happen. If your mind has become single-pointed because of the emotion of anger, it can easily manifest itself.

So if you just generate a single-pointed thought consciously, it will find its way in the world. You can further tweak it if you have little more control over your life energies but I would say people who want to walk the spiritual path should not go behind those things because you will become a practitioner of occult, not of spirituality.
