Facebook Updates Its Rooms App for iOS

WASHINGTON: Facebook has released an upgrade of its Room app on iOS.

Facebook’s Room app is a platform that mashes up forums with subreddit like ‘rooms’ anyone can create.

According to thenextweb.com, the update now allows the users to add photos and videos to their comments, which should make for a much more vibrant overall community.

In addition, Moderators can now pin posts to the top of a room, as well as unban users who had previously been forbidden access.

Also, there are also some interface improvements, such as scrolling through posts is now quicker.

The update will be released to iOS users via the App Store.
