White foods like dairy products are the most beneficial as they serve as good sources of calcium and Vitamin D as well as protein and other essential nutrients. Include red foods like carrot, watermelon, beetroot, apple, red bell pepper, etc.

TUESDAY: Saturn is the prevalent planet now, which will reveal an entirely new, much more exciting life path for you. Just remember, people with iron deficiency need to be careful and include blue coloured foods like- blueberries, purple potatoes, blue corns and also foods like spinach, beans, legumes, red meat, 
quinoa, pumpkin seeds, broccoli and tofu.

WEDNESDAY: Health tip for today as five planets—Saturn, Jupiter, Ketu, Moon and Venus are in one sign, Sagittarius. It’s the best time to go for a detox diet till Saturday. Foods rich in iron like blueberries, cranberry and yellow foods like papaya, moong dal, salads and oranges to strengthen the immune system.
THURSDAY: Moon in the sun star (nakshatra) - best day to improve d3 and calcium levels. Foods like 
soy milk, egg yolks, cheese, cereals, orange juice are fortified with vitamin D which help to treat and prevent bone disorders. Also include calcium and phosphorus rich foods like dairy products, fish, dark green leafy vegetables.

FRIDAY: Moon transiting through equator line is the best time to boost your immune system by adding yellow coluored foods like lemon, oranges, amla, haldi, papaya rich in vitamin C which have anti-
inflammatory and anti-aging properties. Red coloured foods like red bell peppers, strawberries and 
apple are a rich source of beta carotene which help keep your eyes and skin healthy. Include white coloured foods like yogurt, milk, tofu, paneer and eggs.

SATURDAY: Moon is in its own 
star (nakshatra) today. Best day to get going your body fluid and blood plasma. Blood is made up of various types of cells, namely red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets, also known as thrombocytes. Include foods rich in vitamin A like carrot, pumpkin, kale, sweet potatoes, spinach, leafy greens.

SUNDAY: Moon is in Mars star (nakshatra) and above the equator line. It is the best time to boost
