NEW DELHI: Former telecom minister A. Raja told the Supreme Court Wednesday that he was a victim of trial by media and the so-called mind boggling figures of loss to the exchequer in the allocation of the 2G spectrum by the CAG was "presumptive and subjective" and would not stand judicial scrutiny.

He said the 2G spectrum pricing policy which he had followed in 2008 was the same which was reiterated by the telecom regulator TRAI in 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2010.

Raja was represented by his counsel T.R. Andhya Arjuna before an apex court bench of G.S. Singhvi and A.K. Ganguly.
